An AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor based in Kandivali West, Mumbai, distributing mutual funds since 2003: more than 23 years. Every client works with Dhaval directly: no call centre, no hand-offs.
Plain disclosure, before you invest.
Still unsure? Call Dhaval.
Safety of your money
No. You pay from your own bank account directly to the fund house, and the units are held in your name in your folio with the registrar (CAMS or KFintech). Dhaval never receives or handles your money.
You receive a Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) covering all your mutual funds across fund houses. You can also log in to CAMS, KFintech or the fund house directly at any time.
Yes. Open AMFI's distributor search and type ARN-51527 (or just 51527). It shows Dhaval's name, EUIN and registration validity.
Most open-ended funds can be redeemed on any business day, and the money is credited to your registered bank account within a few working days. ELSS (tax-saving) funds have a 3-year lock-in, and some funds charge an exit load if you redeem early. Dhaval tells you about both before you invest.
Investing ₹50 lakh or more
Yes. We work with investors who have ₹50 lakh or more to invest in mutual funds, as fresh money or an existing portfolio.
Both are common. A lump sum puts all your money to work immediately. A systematic transfer plan (STP) parks it in a debt or liquid fund and moves a fixed amount into equity funds each week or month. Dhaval explains both and helps you choose based on your risk profile and time horizon.
A systematic withdrawal plan (SWP) pays a fixed amount from your mutual fund to your bank account every month, while the rest stays invested. The payout is not guaranteed: how long your corpus lasts depends on market returns and how much you withdraw.
Equity and debt funds are taxed differently, and the rate depends on how long you hold the units. Tax applies only when you redeem or withdraw, not while you stay invested. Dhaval explains the current tax treatment of each option before you invest; for your personal tax position, check with your CA.
Working with Dhaval
No. You can start with fresh money and keep your existing funds where they are. Dhaval looks at your full holdings from your CAS, so that anything you invest through him fits with what you already own.
You don't have to move anything to get a review. If you choose to invest through Dhaval, you get one person who knows your portfolio, a documented risk profile and an annual review. Direct plans bought on apps have no distributor commission; regular plans through Dhaval include it.
As a mutual fund distributor, Dhaval receives commission from fund houses on regular plans. There is no separate fee, and the commission for each scheme is shared with you before you invest.
Yes. Each family member keeps their own folios in their own name, and Dhaval reviews them together so the overall mix makes sense. He also helps you keep nominees and bank details up to date.
Nothing to prepare. If you have it, your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) from CAMS or KFintech, or a list of your funds, helps Dhaval review your holdings during the call. You can send it on WhatsApp.
Yes, at the Kandivali West office, or by video call, whichever you prefer.
