First Source Financial is the trading name of Dhaval Akshay Kakkad, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-51527), Shop No 43, Veena Santoor Building, Opp. Pawan Dham, Pizza Hut Lane, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through this website, our Google ad forms, phone calls and WhatsApp.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, city, the amount you plan to invest, what you need help with, and anything you write in a message.
- Partly filled forms: once you type a valid mobile number on our enquiry form, we save what you have entered so far, even if you do not submit the form, so we can follow up on your enquiry.
- Ad and visit details: the Google Ads click ID, campaign and page you came from, and basic technical data collected by Google and Microsoft Clarity to measure how our ads and this page perform.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to call you or message you on WhatsApp about mutual fund investments, to schedule a meeting, and to understand which ads bring useful enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet and email inbox (Google Workspace), seen only by Dhaval Kakkad. Google processes data on our behalf for ads measurement and lead forms. If you decide to invest, your details are shared with the relevant mutual fund, its registrar (CAMS or KFintech) and KYC agencies, as required by SEBI and AMFI rules.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for 12 months from your last contact with us and then deleted, unless you become an investor, in which case records are kept as required by law.
Your choices and rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 98200 49862, or write to us at the office address above. We will act on your request within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure ad clicks, page visits and enquiries. You can control ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this page (clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings), so we can make it easier to use. Text you type into the form is masked and not recorded by Clarity. Data is processed by Microsoft under its privacy statement.
